1. After downloading FormatFactory, in the left side of the program you will find a small window titled "Videos" scroll down in the small menu until you'll find the term "All to MOV".
2. A window will appear for you, click "Add file" in the top of the window.
3. Browse for the video or movie you want to convert (you may also choose multiple files).
4. After you have chosen your videos, click "OK".
5. After that, click on "Start" that you will find it in the top of the program's window.
6. After conversion is complete, click on "Output Folder" also located in the top of the window.
7. Now open your iTunes and connect the iPhone.
8. In the iTunes window click "File > Add files to library" and choose your converted videos that are located in the "Output Folder". You may find this folder in "My Documents"
9. Wait for the process, then Sync... and That's it!
